Book your child’s summer English course with extra confidence. Our Special Temporary Terms & Conditions give families more flexibility if flights are disrupted or cancelled, helping parents plan their child’s English Study Camps experience with greater peace of mind.
Planning a summer English course for your child is exciting, but we understand that international travel can sometimes be unpredictable. That's why English Study Camps has introduced Special Temporary Terms & Conditions to give parents extra peace of mind when booking for Summer 2026.
Extra Flexibility if Flights Are Disrupted or Cancelled
If your child's flight is disrupted or cancelled, you have two options.
Postpone the course
You can postpone your child's course up to the day of departure with no penalty. We'll simply ask you to check with us that your preferred course dates and accommodation are still available.
Cancel the booking
If you cancel up to seven days before your child's arrival, you'll receive a full refund of your course and accommodation fees, less any bank charges.
If you cancel within seven days of arrival, we'll issue a course credit voucher valid for one year from the original arrival date. If accommodation has been booked, a one week accommodation cancellation fee will apply.

At English Study Camps, we know that parents want to feel confident when sending their child abroad. Our temporary booking terms are designed to offer greater flexibility should unexpected flight disruption affect your travel plans.
We also strongly recommend that all families take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any additional costs associated with flight disruption.
Valid for Summer 2026
These Special Temporary Terms & Conditions apply to bookings affected by flight disruption or cancellation and are valid from 1 May 2026 until 30 September 2026, when they will be reviewed.
