Work with us
Can you make someone's summer?
Help us in our mission to provide high-quality, enjoyable and safe study-holiday experiences to students from overseas? These students come to learn English, play sports, engage in art, crafts, or drama activities, experience the famous sites of London, Oxford and other nearby cities, and return home having made new friends and with great memories of the summer.
Safer Recruitment
English Study Camps is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Everyone who works with us—teachers, managers, house parents, welfare and activities staff, and contractors—must share this commitment.
All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks: identity and right-to-work, appropriate criminal-records checks (including an enhanced DBS with children’s barred list where the role is eligible), and overseas checks where relevant. We take a minimum of two professional references (including your most recent employer), verify employment history, and explore any gaps. Suitability for working with children is assessed through application screening, structured interviews, and referencing.
We provide safeguarding training and clear codes of conduct; all staff are expected to follow our reporting procedures and uphold our safeguarding policies at all times.
